Trek is attempting to reshape the cycling industry by utilizing new standards. There is plenty of opportunity for growth in a variety of fields. The new standards aren't always based in reality, and being held accountable for things out of your control was stressful.

Great Discounts, advancement opportunities, makes fantastic products.
Cons
Not as fun as other bike shops, takes itself way to seriously, blanket metrics company-wide don't work for all markets.

the job is easy fun but no job security....the level of transparency from upper management is anything but. The culture is chill and exciting at times
