IT Services Desk Lead in Tallahassee, FL
on July 12, 2021
I enjoy working at Tresta because of the growth they've offered me. From starting at an entry-level position, I advanced to new roles while earning my college degree. Fast forward 5 years, and today I help manage our company's technical equipment and support a remote workforce. Each step of the way I've learned new skills and continued my passion for helping others.A day in my job includes resetting and cleaning returned equipment which can be foul to say the least. As a proactive worker, I find there are some things that can't be prevented no matter what foresight you have.
Human Resources Assistant in Tallahassee, FL
on June 17, 2021
I have worked at Tresta for almost a year now and have been able to grow professionally in the Human Resources department. I enjoy working at Tresta because I am learning something new everyday and able to problem-solve. A day in the life of a Tresta employee is administrative duties, onboarding and offboarding, and benefits. I really enjoy that everyday is different from the previous and it's fast-moving. One of the perks of working at Tresta is the flexibility to work from home, full benefit package and receiving company issued equipment. The work life balance is great, too.
Call Center Agent in Remote
on March 30, 2021
Working as a call center agent was a great experience for me. The work experience may vary depending on the project, but the one I worked on was great. Despite there were a lot of systems involved, they give you excellent training which covers pretty much the necessary to perform the job successfully, and also supervisors are always available to help in case you have any type of question. With a few days working on it, you get the practice and it becomes easy. Plus, all the advantages of working remotely from home. The bad thing I would say is that you have to work with your personal tools. They don't provide you the computer, internet service or an extra screen (which is highly recommended). But not spending time and money commuting and in workwear may compensate it.
Technology in Tallahassee, FL
on February 18, 2021
It's a good place to work. I feel confident in the direction that the organization is taking; it's a growing company and it is (to me) exciting to be apart of that growth. There's no shortage of things to learn around here, especially now and especially in our technology teams. I feel incredibly grateful to work with a technology team that is constantly working to refine and improve processes, systems and services. If learning and doing new, cool things is your thing, then you'll like it here. But beyond all of that, the best thing about working at Tresta is the people. I feel that there is an undercurrent of good customer service in our company culture. The folks here tend to be kind, supportive and driven to do their very best, and nothing less. It's hard not to like that.

Interview Questions

We walked through my portfolio, discussed past advertising campaigns/clients, performance highlights, and my personal philosophy around brand strategy. It went on for a while, but mainly, we just discussed the Tresta brand and opportunities from there. It was a very open forum, very casual.
