Process Technician in Winchester, VA

Was there for two days and they already had me running fast paced lines on my own with little to no training. Had a line back up and got blamed for it. Also was told I’m taking hour and a half breaks when that was untrue. As soon as someone that has been there longer decides they don’t like you, expect to be out the door very soon. It was my word against theirs aswell as all of their friends word. Management puts on a facade when you first come in the door and show their true colors very quickly.

Poorly managed, HR is terrible. Sour taste in my mouth the first two weeks. I was constantly bored, too many employees for meanial jobs. Who you know, not what you know to get moved up, lack of respect and employee appreciation. Other people enjoy it, just wasnt for me
Sales Associate in Cameron, MO

The problem with this company is the management and owners who do nothing except collect their money. They want to grow but can barely keep up the stores they have. Also, too many phone numbers to keep up with.

Pay is descent. Overtime isn't too bad. Just like any other factory job, you're just a number and getting product out the door is their number 1 priority. Leadership/ management could work on not only communication but being more professional, showing more respect to line operators, saw personel and QC. Gossiping, disrespect and smart remarks are not good leadership traits.
