Property Manager (Former Employee) – Fort Lauderdale, FL – December 13, 2017
Typical day of showing apartments for lease, processing bills and prepping reports. Worked for a busy, lease-up property, so never a dull moment. Held a lot of property events, so overtime was involved.
I enjoyed the people at the job, the atmosphere was unmatched, pay rate was balanced ,but was not enough for the load of work it was expected. pay increase was promise never implemented, but yet more responsibility was given.

Leasing Agent (Former Employee) – Portsmouth, VA – April 26, 2017
A typical day is handling calls from the residents. Working with maintenance on work orders. Somethings dealing with police when things are going wrong on the property. The hardies thing is dealing with some the residents because they do not pay there rent on time. The property became unsafe. There were a long of drug dealings on the property.
This is a wonderful company. I think they could compensate better for the employees but, overall I had a good experience with them. My manager and regional over my area were very good people to for/with.
