Manager in South Bend, IN
on October 19, 2020
Workdays typically involve new products and new project development. We are expected to be self starters and are never micro-managed. Management is approachable and friendly. Hardest part of the job would be planning for the unpredictable. Enjoyable part of the job is definitely pay and accomplishment.

Lots of good changes, management is friendly, supervisors are knowledgeable. Free lunches everyday. Strict about masks and sanitizers and always trying to enforce masks to keep people safe. Break room is kind of small but free lunches so can’t complaint.

Growing company with lots of talented people. Management has been offering free lunches and waters and masks everyday. In the beginning it was quite annoying to wear the masks but we're glad after the outbreak that our safety is prioritized. This place is busier than ever and has some good plans to grow and help people grow alongside. Giving back a lot to the community.

Talented and experienced management, good place to learn and grow. Lots of free meals, 401k and insurance. Good for experienced people and people who want to grow.
