The people I worked with were absolutely fantastic and down to earth. Management was understanding and really care about us having a good work life balance. The most enjoyable part of the job was the ability to always learn more, grow in my position and move up in the company. Would recommend working here to anyone looking for a long-term place to work!

Tri-phase has a great staff & possibilities. There is so many inspiring people to learn from. The work environment is like family, everyone is so friendly. I have never worked for a company that is as welcoming and encouraging as they are.

The work environment was toxic and the training was non-existent. The office management do not communicate well with those under them and do not give enough training for the jobs they give you. They set you up to fail.
Electrical Project Manager / Superintendent in American Fork, UT
on October 4, 2018
Planning and layout of days tasks and expected progress based on employee skill sets. I had the opportunity of learning organizational time management skills, public relations and expectations of clients through management procedures. Financial understanding through the quotation and pricing of projects. The hardest part of the job is managing work procedures and methods outside of our company but related to our installation and progress. The best part of the job was and is the gratification of seeing a project to its end.
