Resident Lifestyle Director and LINK Program Director in Ashburn, VA
on March 10, 2021
Many relationships established throughout the years. Team comes together when it matters the most. The residents are great! They are full of joy. They keep me smiling.
First Impressions Director in Ashburn, VA
on August 19, 2021
Between August of 2019 and December 29, 2020, I was employed as First Impressions Director for 1 year and 1 month. (Front desk lead concierge) Then for 2 more months I moved to Activities and was an Activities Assistant. We had a very hard year with COVID19. But we battled it together. On November 1, 2020, Cadence Senior Living became the newest Management company to run Tribute at One Loudoun. Suddenly we went from a caring company that encouraged building relationships with residents to one that said, literally, "Do your job and don't get attached!" If that philosophy sounds good to you...good luck.
Caregiver in Virginia

Always working short staff! Management only cares about the money and does not consider employees concerns. Company was bought by another company, benefits are not good anymore. High employee turnover.
Caregiver in Ashburn, VA
on June 12, 2020
This company has no backbone. They burn through employees, the turnover rate is unbelievable, and leadership is quite comical. There’s no support for continuing education or tuition assistance. They want to pigeon hole everyone.
Director of Nursing Services / Wellness Director in Ashburn, VA
on May 16, 2019
Very high stress level, organization does not follow visions and mission as it relates to work life balance. Leadership is weak and inexperienced in assisted living industry. Admit residents that are not appropriate for setting.
