My review doesn't change each time I am asked to review this hospital. I feel it is not a friendly place to work. I hear this same comment out in the community and from doctors that I have met outside of work

Check with your pct and pst's who work day in and day out with the patients one on one and listen to the issues on their floor. Sometimes we have 16 patients and it's hard to get to every single person the moment they call and the other techs are swamped so we rely on the nurses for help and some don't help much.
