Remove everyone in upper management. Hire firm to help promote growth and implement EBP. Improve education. Change structure so physicians are employed by the organization to promote accountability and consistency (esp in regards to documentation and practice)

Set ground rules to make new employees feel welcome and transition easily.
Bring in at least one extra (if you could call it extra) staff member so nurses could get at least one 15 minute break during our 12.5 hour shift.
