it's like they keep trying to hire friends and family and they don't work out, you have too many supervisor UN qualified for the people they have been tasked to lead. Manger who only know how one part of the business works. how can they lead if they don't understand the overall mission of the company. there is no communication between management and - more... the employee who do the day to day mission for the company until after the fact and that in turn breed chaos.
the hardest part of the job is trying to be professional in your job without any leadership.
