Lot of Work Initially, Good Upside, Lot of Growth
Regional Outreach Director (Current Employee) – Denver, CO – September 27, 2016
I first saw this as a job, but quickly realized this is a career. When I was first hired, it was a ton of learning and work. I spent my days on the phone, going to meetings, driving to events, and networking. I spent my evenings speaking at events and meeting parents and students.
Once I got things rolling, managing the relationships was a lot easier, but I'm constantly trying to grow the region. I am well-paid, but it took about 9 months to hit the numbers I was happy with.
I really like the team here. I'm excited to see it grow. I plan to hand off this region to another director soon enough, and help manage multiple offices.
Great culture, friendly management, autonomy in your day to day. You have to be self-motivated or you won't succeed, but they give you great tools.
Overall, I definitely recommend.
