Disorganized chaos

Management has no clue what they're doing. Expect you to hit certain production goals but then gives you an impossible schedule. Constantly have to change over, you're lucky if you're on the same job for longer than a couple hours. The machinery is in terrible condition and most maintenance techs dont have a clue what they're doing. Been on mandatory - more... OT for over a year now and no one in the office cares. The supervisors are inconsistent and make up their own rules, what you can do on one shift you cant do on another. Constantly training people due to this place being a revolving door, lucky if ... - less
ProsDiscounts on coffee, pay and benefits package
ConsConstant mandatory OT, poor management from the top down, hot and filthy environment, HR is useless
