Listen to the employees and not the managers. Talk to employees. There are things we see that management either doesn't see or wants to improve. Departmental turnover/retention should be a red flag. Employees would love to give feedback but don't want to end up on the chopping block

Pay more attention to your management and your co ceo. Before an employee departs take a chance to speak with them get your own vibe of them. Not just on your talk to me webcam days, you may be or have lost some valuable players..if you care or have insight for your companies future. Your idea was brilliant your staff not so as you think. More high EQ employees on entry to mgnt level will start to bring you a major major profit.
