Great as I enjoy my job. In snowy weather you just have to be careful and leave earlier to be on time at work.
Focus on punctuality and timeliness daily.
Always think ahead so that you have great attendance.
If you have a flexible schedule. Don't take advantage of it.
If you are late then make up the time at lunch or after work as long as you put in your hours they request during the week. Communication and trust is what you work on daily-week-& monthly to grow.
Regards, your friend and your nieghbor.
The managers interviewing me clearly didn't know what they were looking for in a candidate, and even made sarcastic remarks about the amount of work they were required to put in due to understaffing. This interview took place at an open-air meeting table with people in the adjoining cubicles making comments over the walls. A very junior person asked me an insulting question during my interview. Hands down the worst interview experience I've ever had, due their egregious lack of professionalism. I would never work there, even if you paid me twice the salary I was looking for.
Hectic. I liked the security and benefits.
