I like the company so far. Due to working from home, I have flexibility to schedule my time. My manager communicated with me all the time and this is supporting me to succeed.

They do not value their employees. Management does not care about the employ and are very rude. Will go months at a time without saying a word. They just to do not care about the employee.
Soldering & Assembly / Warehouse in Huber Heights, OH

The job requires lots of overtime ..I have worked 16 hour days before. I worked in several departments. One supervisor I considered great & and another a complete JERK! They can be sneaky about things & could care less about their employees! Bullying IS an issue here with a few ...who think because they have been there awhile they can get away with it & treat people horribly. I worked there over 4 years & gave them 100% even more in my opinion! They seem to like the bullies & gossipers better than employees who give their all. They will pull you off your job & force you to go work in their warehouse!! They did provide lunches on extremely long days. Benefits are decent. If you want no life outside of work....go for it!

The Work/life balance is good. Flexibility of working hours and location. Friendly staff, and team members. Not very competitive incentive and compensation. Great time off plans.

My job is decent, pay not horrible, promotion process vague at best, skill development is not structured. I respect Painter as CEO a lot - he knows what he's doing.2 divisions good, ag kinda good, transportation is in transition so it's a work in progress.
