Consult with the staff for suggestions and feedback about how to streamline documentation and work assignments in order to free up clinicians to focus on what we do best: mental health treatment/ psychotherapy (and generating more billable hours, which management wants). Instead, clinicians are overwhelmed with case management, outreach calls to awol clients, scheduling client's appointments, endless redundant paperwork and numerous other tasks that could be delegated to case managers, admin and/or receptionists.
