I had a family emergency happen mid day and everyone was very supportive. My remaining caseload was taken care of co worker stepped in. The prayers I got and the messages I got where nothing but supportive. It’s a comfort to know that you are cared about especially in home care when out on the road all day.

Pay pheebs more than Transportation aide. No reason why pheebs should get paid minimum wage as transportauon aide get paid 13+$.

I have 7 sick days a year that I used mostly to take care of my children. If you don't use the sick days you can cash them in for pay.

It is dependent upon on how the company does financially. There have been years when you would not receive a 2 or 3% raise. They do not give any raises over 3%.

It can be as fast paced or relaxed as you would like it to be you have the ability to build your schedule and manage it to fit your lifestyle. You are expected to maintain a certain amount of productivity but you can go above and beyond that anytime so there is room to grow and make overtime.
