I would definitely get rid of the non college educated workers and hire all those college educated workers. Some people without college degrees and just with certificates feel like they know it all and they just don’t want to work. Also, managers need to stop favoring those people who don’t want to work. It’s just not right.

It changed Jan 2019, standardized across the company. Vacation & sick days are combined as PTO. It accrues based on your seniority.

Trinity has been through a lot of mergers. Some of the bitter comments here sound like they are from people who experienced merger-related change. Having come from industry during the automotive bankruptcies, I see it as quite a good environment. Not perfect, but no place is.

No, a lot of the employees at my building smoke so this wouldn't be an issue.
