Prepare to be flexible at the job. Starting and stopping on cars just to help someone at another area is common. Work life balance doesn’t really exist for anyone except for management and I dont see that changing anytime soon. Good place for those starting out and want a lot of overtime.

It was a blast I learned a lot from the guys and the female employees who wasn't . I was a constant learning experience for me. After I learned a area I would move to another one.

Company is adapting to current business ideals, albeit slowly. Passionate people work towards their business goals, but often in silos. Pay and benefits are good, culture needs much work.

Near the end of my time there I was pretty much settled in, as warehouse clerk and supervisor. I was am to plan my day and week. I knew what had to be and when and was able to get it done without brother my fellow employees so they could get there jobs done but there were times when it was necessary to get help so I do.

You have to be a favorite. Work does not matter here. If you want to advance your career, get ready to kiss a** and be a yes man. Work over 60 hours per week and still not be able to pay your bills.
