Yes, I have met employees there that were hired on with very little to no welding experience. Trinity plant 19 has a 2 week training class that will help train the employee how to weld T Joints in different positions (flat, vertical, horizontal..etc..) and how to use a cutting torch for certain work areas; this sometimes caused a lot of rework for more experienced welders.
