Coolest Place to Work!
Payroll (Current Employee) –  Troy, MIJanuary 25, 2019
The management at Trion supports their staff with the latest technology. As we are in the customer service industry, they have also made great strides providing us with additional training and educational learning classes focused on improving our culture. Owners and management invest the time, energy and finances to make this a great place to build a career. Trion hasn't been voted the Coolest Place to Work year after year, because the job is easy. In fact, working at Trion is challenging and rewarding at the same time. Planned company events, exceptional employee benefits, monthly coffee chats and the open door policy of upper management truly make Trion a great place to be.

Linen Associate (Former Employee) –  Detroit, MIJanuary 15, 2019
Trion Solutions is a staffing company that hires anyone who doesn't fail a drug test. They send you into ridiculous working conditions for you to do labor worth of $14 or more per hour and pay oyu about $9.50. No organization and everyone is disposable.

Decent Job
Industrial Cleaner Team Leader (Floods) (Current Employee) –  Dearborn, MIApril 20, 2018
This was a decent job though very demanding physically. The management was a little shift and relaxed on regulations. The job is pretty easy to learn and the other people who work there are great.

Encourage Innovative Thinking
Sales and Marketing (Former Employee) –  Troy, MIJanuary 19, 2017
Highly encourages leadership, learning, teamwork in an accountable way to be productive. The team is shown appreciation in monthly company meetings.
When I started, I knew nothing about a PEO, and now that I have worked with Trion for 3 years, I have developed a strong understanding of why PEOs are so beneficial to companies and that customer care will always make your company stand apart.

The hardest part is getting to the business owners, who make the decisions. In this day and age, there are so many layers before you can get to the owner, so this process takes patience and persistence. One of the most enjoyable parts of this job was meeting new people and hearing their story about their business and seeing if you can help them.
Pros
Compensation and recognition of actions taken with clients as well as internally, monthly luncheons, massages, quarterly off-site events

No Professionalism
Business Development Representative (Current Employee) –  Troy, MIJuly 27, 2017
Being a sales rep for Trion Solutions was unstable at the very least. The sales team receives no training whatsoever and is constantly in fear of the job. The company plays favorites and what some are allowed to do others are not. There are no performance parameters and the company has no rhyme or reason for anything they do. Deals are hard to win due to lack of technology updates and they promise a service that is not even close to provided.

you get to do what ever you wont as long as the job is done first.
Machine Operator (Former Employee) –  Flint, MINovember 16, 2016
Th job is simple. All you have to do is take the lawn mower off the trailer. Cut the front yard and backyard. Empty the Grass carrier in a brown bag. Then line the edge of the grass with a weed wacker and knock down some high spots on the grass with the weed wacker. After that take the blower and blow the grass off the driveway and sidewalk off. Then do the samething again at the next house
Pros
you have to bring or buy your own food.
Cons
The only brack you get is the ride to the next house.

Facility Maintenance (Current Employee) –  Dearborn, MIMarch 15, 2015
Cleaning company, nothing special. Just keeps you afloat for awhile. It's temporary work. You can advance if you really enjoy cleaning up after others. It kept a little money in pocket, so I'm not gonna complain to much.
Pros
Free water
