Excellent management and amazing team to work with.
It's a very professional DSP which values safety, is team driven and has excellent communication. Management is efficient and goes out of their way to help. It's a great company to work for!

Independence on the job, good $, never boring!
I loved that I was on my own in a truck with no supervisor hovering over my head. If you’re self-motivated and don’t need supervision, it’s a good fit. Driving around by myself delivering packages was fun, the pay was good. The ONE thing I really didn’t like was how long the delivery routes were, but that is on Amazon, not TriPeaks fault. The owner is very reasonable, the operations team is supportive and helpful.

Outstanding team and culture!!
I’m still amazed at how this company is run. Our boss and leads work alongside us and the crew is always lifting each other up. I have never worked for a company with this amount of support nor have I worked anywhere before where I have felt respected to the degree I do. Also, the communication is phenomenal between our CEO, operations, and the whole team!

Incompetent Leads
Amazon makes everything hard on you and the only way to move up is being a suck up. And we were told after you gain seniority you can have weekends off but that will never happen.

Management and dispatch fantastic. Amazon not so much.
Great company. Awesome bosses. Awesome owners. All of us employees could voice our concerns and aside from amzl not holding up on their end or the occasional bad day this job rocks. Physically it's not for everyone.
