I go to work from 2-6 Monday through Friday. I'm a customer service rep for Tristar Products. I enjoy answering phone and helping customer with their orders. From working here I've learned how to place orders and help customers with their billing. I'm a very quick learner once someone teach me.

escalations(refunds, replacement, labels) call audits (listen to agents for quality support) BBB complaints everything is repetitive on a daily basis

Enjoyable work place.

I felt happy to work at Tristar Products. You were rewarded for your good work. I learned how to deal with different customers and the co workers were friendly.
