Tell HR to get a degree
If you're interviewing to be an adjunct professor here, be prepared to give a demo lecture in front of the hiring comittee. They may ask you to explain a topic like Cellular Respiration, simply pretend your lecturing to a classroom full of first term biology students and lecture away, ask if they have any question, be confident and professional, show a little bit of humor, don't be nervous. I know some of the people on the hiring comittee and they're mostly all very nice people. They just want to know that you are confident enough to teach their college students and they you know how to explain things. You'll probably have a dry erase coard to draw out cells or something too. Good luck champ!
