Organization offers mediocre healthcare benefits, a half decent 401k March at 3%, and offers telecommute work. It also is contract work so there is always a possibility of not getting awarded the next contract.
Management is great and has been very open and transparent in operations. The job descriptions are barbaric and need to be updated, currently - more... do not afford opportunities to very qualified candidates if they do not “fit the requirements,” ie; 5 years experience in a call center will disqualify you even if you have other experience and education that exceeds the minimum. - less
