Troon's benefit package is horrible. I am a salaried worker on the East Coast and I have to work half a day on the actual day in order to receive holiday pay. Yet, they take advantage of salaried employees, i.e. I work over 50 hours a week! HR department in Arizona is horrible. You are not able to speak with anyone..always voicemail. Health insurance is very expensive. This company only cares about the bottom dollar, not their employees. Stay clear of Troon Golf!

Insurance is o.k. for a small company. United Healthcare is the carrier for medical and dental with $1800 ded. for med, $200 for rx. Dental is standard coverage. RX coverage is good after the deductible but that is somewhat deceiving...you only get a 30 day rx so you end up going back to the pharmacy all the time if you have a med you take all the time. There is no mail order, 90 day rx coverage. 401k isn't great...low company match.
