Great people
The owner is very hands-on and a great guy. The company itself is hectic at times. You need to have common knowledge of too many parts. The job itself is simple and just like any office job.

Good company, owners are awesome. Lower level management needs improvement.
Most enjoyable part of my job was problem solving. Employee cohesion was tough because its a family operated company and some of the employees are stuck in their old ways; i.e. they use a wrench instead of a pneumatic impact gun.
