Not often enough, Managers and Directors are way over paid and the employees are not paid enough.

The pay differs per site. If you live in areas outside of Troy, the pay is less for the same job. Why?

I was struggling to pay my bills, yet I was still being asked to donate money to the school, pay for parking and there is not a pre-existing tuition reimbursement or assistance program for employees. If you took classes while employed, you would get discounts. Troy needs to care about and to invest in their employees a little bit more instead of underpaying them, giving them more work and expecting them to continue working at your company and be happy. You will be able to keep more great employees that way.
