Just okay

Just okay experience. As a nurse, was not supported during an unsafe situation. Onboarding and recruiting were very competent. At the end of assignment was made to feel like a paycheck and not a person.

The worst recruiting company in the US

Run from this company ! They hire and fire people on a regular basis. The country bumpkins that run and manage TRS have no business skills and set unrealistic goals. 100 nurses on assignment is the goal ! They have very few direct relationships with facilities so you will submit nurses to 20 jobs with no offers. Pay rates for nurses not competitive with other companies for the exact same job. E...
