Just okay
Registered Nurse (RN) (Former Employee) - Virginia - October 4, 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedJust okay experience. As a nurse, was not supported during an unsafe situation. Onboarding and recruiting were very competent. At the end of assignment was made to feel like a paycheck and not a person.

The worst recruiting company in the US
Recruiter (Former Employee) - Arkansas - September 21, 2023
Run from this company ! They hire and fire people on a regular basis. The country bumpkins that run and manage TRS have no business skills and set unrealistic goals. 100 nurses on assignment is the goal ! They have very few direct relationships with facilities so you will submit nurses to 20 jobs with no offers. Pay rates for nurses not competitive with other companies for the exact same job. Everyone that works there is miserable and in fear of losing their job .I have never seen so many good people let go and some had just started the job . Every week you will wait to see who got let go . Run far away from TRS!
Pros
Coworkers
Cons
Everything! Toxic and fake management

Deas Lost, Management Ignorant
Senior Recruiter (Former Employee) - Remote - May 10, 2023
- Management team lacks transparency, experience, and knowledge that one looks for when reporting to an individual. - Account Managers lack quality relationships with VMS/Direct clients. Leads to long response times when waiting to hear back on submittals. Can take 20 - 30 submittals to get a good candidate an offer. Much longer than industry standard. - CRM/ATS is extremely dated and difficult to use, frequently going down, and constantly requiring refreshing. - Lack of support from management when procedural issues are brought to their attention. - Certain newer members of management willing speak ill of their team members to other team members - it’s like high school all over again. - During onboarding, not all processes are fully explained, leaving you to miss out on opportunities due to lack of knowledge. - 1:1 time with manager is anything but helpful - being remote these meetings are important, but when your manager constantly cancels without rescheduling, or is tending to their child during your 1:1 time, you really miss out on opportunity to grow. - Lack of individualized help, care, or attention. Advice to Management I would recommend not placing someone in a Recruitment Director position who has less than a year of recruiting experience. Their team will not be able to thrive under misinformation. Be transparent - individuals should know where their performance stands with the company. Have the hard conversations - don’t blindside your team, they deserve more than that. Consider updating your CRM/ATS. It’s exhausting to attempt to use. Train account management team -

One of the worst companies I’ve ever worked at in my life
Travel Nurse Recruiter (Former Employee) - Arkansas - April 13, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Nothing at all is good about working for this horrible company What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Everything! From management, to the caddie as of the females that work there, to the constant and unbelievable amount of employer turnover. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Back stabbing, constantly pushing you. How can you do well and grow your pipeline when the company has nothing to offer the nurses! The competition beats them by far. Oh and the tenured people treat newbies horrible. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Head down constantly bc you don’t know who or what female is talking or laughing about you behind your back. CONSTANT PRESSURE

Terrible company to work for!!!
Benefits Specialist (Former Employee) - Remote - November 15, 2022
This company has big promises the lure you in. I gave up a very secure job because TRS made big promises about work -life balance, caring about professional growth, and caring about employees. I got the exact opposite of all of those while also receiving the worst training I have ever received in a job. This company cares NOTHING about their employees. It is high stress with zero loyalty.
Pros
It is remote
Cons
High stress/expectations, horrible health insurance, zero management support, and high turnover rates.

Recruiter (Former Employee) - Tontitown, AR - October 24, 2022
What is the best part of working at the company? Nothing. Toxic workplace. So much nepotism and lack of communication with management. You are only a number to them. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Everything. Benefits suck. Management has favorites and you will be fired with no prior communication the moment you have a nurse default. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Horrible. So many pointless meetings that waste everyone’s time. You will have three hour long meetings a day and then scramble to make calls.

Excellent recruiters for travel RNs
Travel Nurse (Former Employee) - Dothan, AL - May 28, 2020
As a travel nurse agency this company has been a joy to work with. My recruiter provides excellent follow-up and respects my needs at home. The support and ancillary team were a great help during my assignment as well.

Travel Nurse
Travel Registered Nurse (Former Employee) - Granby, CO - December 9, 2019
Travel ER/PACU RN. Working as a traveler was a great experience. I go to travel and work at the same time. I had the privilege of meeting great new people, new cultures and different hospital systems.

Good place to work if you love being on the phone
Housing Coordinator (Former Employee) - Tontitown, AR - November 7, 2019
Lots of constant changes to procedures and policies. Great employees, company does a lot of activities to try to create a fun environment. Great place for a new graduate to start a career and gain new skills. Not a great place for someone who does not like being on the phone and sitting at a desk all day.

Poorly treated
Support Specialist (Former Employee) - Tontitown, AR - September 26, 2019
I worked for this company from 2015 until 2018, when I first started working here the company was absolutely amazing! I enjoyed going to work each and everyday and loved working with the people I was around. This company would take care of their employees with trips(once you met a specific goal) would often times surprise us with breakfast and coffee. After working there the company started going downhill and people were either quitting or getting let go due to “restructuring” the company. It is family owned so therefore you deal with all the petty drama and best friends of the family being put in management positions. At one point I felt valued, but then it all changed once they moved into their new building and hired new management. I do believe they let go of some wonderful, faithful, and hardworking people. This company has made everyone believe that they are the best place to work here in Northwest Arkansas, correction they are the most untrustworthy, lying to your face, back stabbing company who will eventually fall due to the pride that their ceo has! I wish this company all the best in their future endeavors!

Not a very good company to work for
Critical Care Nurse (Former Employee) - Tontitown, AR - April 2, 2019
We’re not employee focused. They were more worried about money than their employees. When I first started I had a best friend also hire on and they burnt her also for a few checks and health insurance
Pros
None
Cons
Dishonest

Great while you look for something else
Recruiter (Former Employee) - Tontitown, AR - December 4, 2018
It’s a fine place to work while you look for something with advancement opportunities and clear management and consistent job requirements. The turnover rate at this place is unreal, so don’t bother dressing up your cubicle.
Pros
Some cool people
Cons
Constant chaos
