The facility I am working at emphasizes its connection between all the staff members. This position also provided great opportunities to cultivate a friendship/relationship with the patients/residents one is caring for. The work/life balance is pretty demanding due to the fact that the facility is understaffed at the moment. I assume this issue would be less troublesome at other times, but I cannot deny the trouble is causing me now. Overall, I enjoy working here because I have grown a fondness for staff and residents alike. I want to come to work in order to provide for the residents.

It was always a joy waking up every morning going to work.

Working in an international multi national company taught me how to be cruel but kind in managing people. In strict compliance and discipline. I worked with a lot of Asian and European people. I never found any difficulty in my job overseas, as ive mentioned it was very challenging and fun. Travelling and weekly cocktails meeting with group of hoteliers and bankers.
