The worst company I've ever worked for
Human Resources Business Partner (Former Employee) – Memphis, TN – April 23, 2018
How many HR positions have you seen posted with this company this year? There is a reason, and it isn't growth. Everyday is a fight to keep your job. In HR you will be responsible for over 800 associates across multiple states with no administrative or generalist support. Essentially you are the HR Manager, Generalist, Coordinator, Recruiter, as well as benefits, payroll, and compensation point of contact. The training program is broken and not enough money in the budget to fix the issue. Did I mention that you are the resident expert on safety, DOT, and training and development? Gob forbid you have to travel for business. Use your personal cards, and you will be reimbursed in a couple of weeks.
Bottom line, I wouldn't advise anyone to leave a stable position for this nightmare. You will remember reading this on your way out of the door.
