The safety of our employees is important to True, we have a Business Continuity Plan that enables us to respond in weather and emergency situations. We have a team that monitors the weather and makes decisions based off of many factors such as road conditions and the forecast of further weather. If we feel that it is necessary to have a late start or early release we will make those decisions at that time. We also give our employees time off benefits that if they feel that they need to use PTO for weather or emergency situations they have the ability to use this time also.

Any absence is counted against you regardless of weather or road conditions, HR is all about the punishment.
You better be there or have a good reason you weren't
