The working hours are great. In my department OT is rare and never mandatory. I am also able to be flexible with my hours and can make my own hours for the most part

On my team we work individually but everyone is incredibly supportive of each other. Upper management is incredibly understanding allowing flexible hours, rewarding hard work etc

Production payouts all depend on you for the most part. The faster you are the more money you make. The slower you are the less money you make. They payouts are made so that even on a tough job you should still be making $25/hr and you will never make less than your hourly wage. For me personally production pay is totally worth it
