BB&T is a wonderful company to work for, and I would work for them again. Unfortunately I would not work for a specific manager who was given a verbal warning after I left the company.

BB&T really cared about their employees! Every one received bonuses when they made money, they had an employee share program a pension a 401k life ins. etc. Even during covid my department had to go in. We got hazard pay on top of our regular pay and 3 bonus checks during those 2 years! I miss that place. I don't know what Truist is like. They sold my department to a not so nice company.

It is a good paid position for college student doing a financial degree. However, they do not care to much about their employees. It could be a good place to grow, if you know how to manage stress

Company more concerned with selling product than helping clients with their banking issues. Company sets expectations without giving the tools to reach said goals. Good benefits and entry level pay is $22 per hour.
