BB&T is a wonderful company to work for, and I would work for them again. Unfortunately I would not work for a specific manager who was given a verbal warning after I left the company.

Truist pays well but I will say as of lately you blink wrong and you can be put on final warning or better yet, fired. Be prepared to be constantly short staffed as well.

Good company … some management leaders did not seem to care . Great coworkers . At least for the majority of the time I was there it was great not to have managers/supervisors hovering over your back everyday . A lot of times we were short staffed. I managed … even though I always seemed to have the bulk of the workload on my back . That was the reason I left. But overall if staffing would have been in tact and work was evenly spread out and not just on one person … I may have stayed . I did grow and gain so much from working there. And I will forever be grateful . But they really have to start looking out for their employees especially the ones who are literally the only ones keeping that particular location up and running

Training a mess, management a mess, their are no answers to assist customers, lies about processing times, lies about when customers will receive documents…

The pay is the big pull. I also enjoy the people I work with. They used give us food before we went remote. I love my current manager he is very hands on and knowledgeable.
