Over a month! After my phone interview
My personal branch was toxic; truist did take care of us during Covid, which was very nice.
I’m actively looking for new employment. Management completely focused on actual sales and bottom line numbers, even though they say they only want to see “activities and behaviors”. No management support and they lead through fear and disciplinary action. Supposed to spend so much time out of the branch but could never leave because of staffing. Never enough employees.
It was a sit down interview with the branch manager and the teller line supervisor.
Did application and BB&T called for an interview.

Complete chaos with leads and supervisors that do not know the job
My interview lasted 30 minutes. Branch Manager asked behavior questions. He was very down to earth. He made me feel comfortable. I asked questions after the interview. I think that impressed him. I asked him what was my chances of getting the job. He said I'm going to be straight forward. Your my lasted interview. And honestly it's between you and one other person. I was offer the job the next day. I started two weeks later. I had to give my other job two weeks notice. I think you should be prepared for your interview. Research the company. (Values and their mission) And asked questions.
Manager purposely stunted my growth and restricted required resources to learn my job. They broke all company policies and laws. After 2 weeks I was terminated.
The CEO stands for a lot of great things, so to be frank, I only recommend re training all mangers and HR staff
