1.Treat your employees better and turnover won't be so high.
2.Hire more competent management and your employees will actually want to come to work.
3. Pay a viable wage instead of a meager entry level job wage and people will take their jobs seriously.
4.Stop fixating on expansion for expansion's sake and focus on the work culture and patients. People's lives are on the line.

I looked forward to working with the plants every day and making a difference but I also dreaded working with most of the people who don’t work hard and how most of the managers treat their employees poorly.

It’s 8-5pm. Best not to be late or miss a day because attendance there is treated like a high school regardless of the reasons or if you have proof as to why you were late or absent despite working outdoors. They will not care.
