They do not test for nicotine as far as I know.

After you done the application, some from Human Resources will call you and do a phone interview. If they like you it will be follow up by and e mail for a personal interview. After the interview they will send you a e mail for the job offer with salary. You e mail them back if you want the offer are not. It all take about a week to two weeks.
