Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Colorado

I was in the Interview process and was given an offer. I really enjoyed the people I met and interviewed with. Really caring team, but unfortunately they do not offer PTO. This makes for a very poor work/life balance. I wish they offered some PTO to gull time benefited employees because I would have accepted the offer. If you are looking for a good team but can be flexible on PTO then I would suggest giving them a shot!

Loved the San Jose team. Supportive management. Good organizational structure. Caseload felt heavy at times. Many clients are seen at the clinic. My disability was accommodated but required me to explain the same issue to many people, many times.
