Fairly average. Pay was low but benefits were good. Work life balance was hard in the beginning. A lot of things changed and pretty often. Management tried to keep up but you could tell even they were struggling.

Typical day-to-day was assisting customers with their accounts, from technical issues like password resets to order management. The work is easy and the pay is okay for the lack of stress. Relatively low volume call center. Great benefits and incentives. Repetitive and tedious tasks when resolving order issues. There was not much to learn in the role and service, so I got bored quickly within a couple of months and pursued higher pay and more technical work. Micromanagement is inevitable because you are assessed on efficiency and service metrics.

Too bad it closed. It was definitely one of the best places ive ever worked. I think the free coffee and location was the best part of it all. My manager and team was also great!

I liked Trunk Club. The culture was fun, creative and innovative. I felt very supported by the team and management. I only left because my shift schedule was no longer a good fit for my lifestyle.

Miss the company very much! It was a great place to be! You were able to work in a great Chicago location with a coffee bar in the building. I miss my coworkers very much!
