Reasonable pay. Stop the account goals, makes for a Wells Fargo Situation. Hire more people so each branch is FULLY staffed, so one is not working uncompensated overtime, as there is no OT pay, which means ADP time punches are altered. Ma agers get no OT and work between 46 and 58+ hrs. Per week. Requested you attend networking functions, but be prepared to pay out of pocket. Sometimes they reimburse, but mostly they decline it. You can apply for 1 branch position, be hired for a different branch location, then be sent to another county to cover due to understaffing. For 2 days, then mid day sent somewhere else, you cant follow up with customers. Good luck! Get resume experience and get out before your life is sucked out of you.

Get rid of the 3 strikes policy. That’s just managing through fear. It works short term, but forces people to get desperate to make their goals and start looking for new job. Plus give attainable goals. Trustco is not chase or other big bank where you have many transactions in a day. Most of the day ends with 4 or 5 customers only. Plus show some empathy towards employees for example 19-20 inches snow and you decide not to close.

Increase pay ...that will reduce hiring process since employees won't leave when they get the pay they deserve.
