Depends who I told. Within the business Tryke is looked at as the Wal-Mart of weed, but even that is giving them way too much credit. I worked for this company for 2.5 years and thankfully decided to quit. The structure and management are the biggest flaws with this company. They have drug addicted, partying, inexperienced children as team leaders. I am not talking marijuana... I am talking real drugs and abuse of hallucinogenic drugs daily after work and micro dosing at work! J in trim, P in flower. Some people are not meant to be managing others.
I worked though a black mold infested environment for the longest time, until my coworkers stepped up and called OSHA on the company. The companies management punished us all for doing so, but the problem was "patched" (yes patched) up. Absolutely no concern for the safety of their workers. All about the money !! Even worse is no concern about safety for their customers. I won't even go into detail but YOU ARE being warned!!! No amount of money would make me go back to this company. I had my family to support and I stayed as long as I did because I had to. The employee moral is also very low. I was there since nearly the beginning i know a lot about this company and I was well liked even up to the day I quit! Exceptional reviews the whole time.

Pro: staff (senior and newbies)...i met some really great people and the conversation can be a lot of fun. Gets repetitive but what job doesn't.

Don't be afraid to say if you illegally grew in the past or your experience of pre recreational marijuana. Like above said be descriptive...
Best advice I can give is to not show up for the interview and look elsewhere. If you value your health you will not work here.

It depends, they first told employee's that they had to get their shifts covered even when sick but anything past 3 days leaves you up for termination.

Yearly. But even at that you are underpaid for the issues you have to deal with.

Answered

There is no culture.... Just wing it lol. Every employee I talk to is scared of being fired at any moment.
