good company should treat longer term employees better

easy job especially if you played hockey or lacrosse. should treat longer term workers better by providing raises or incentives to improve company. bonuses should go to all full time employees involved in increasing sales instead of just managers.

I learned many business lessons while employed at TSG for eight years.
