Receptionist/Assistant to Managers (Former Employee) – Portland, OR – July 2, 2012
Interview applicants that came in for assistance, completed a form for managers. Assisted the managers as needed. Learned the different styles of the managers. Also careful with words when interviewing applicants. Management was varied but considerate. Co-Workers had distinct ideas learned how to keep asking questions until I understood. The hardest part of the job was seeing the people that were so needy and trying to change their life styles or just work the system. The enjoyable part was those that really appreciated the help which gave them a boost to get on the right track. This was a 2 year mission for my church.
