Right now as a pandemic with the COVID-19 it's an intense workplace and fast past environment in a stressful time. I'm getting knowing a lot's of company work ethics and knowing how to handle the association stress signal of time. The most critical about the job is to make really tough choices to know-how to revive the company and client employment.

Love the fact that it’s remote. The good TL’s do try their best to community you and get any issues you may have resolved. Make sure to communicate any tech issues you may have.

No room for advancement in the department I work in. Looking for more ownership in the role & more competitive benefits. Manager lacks people skills.

The marketing program in TTEC is a complete joke. Constant unrealistic goals, managers will always blame you for everything, and the commission structure is entirely dependent on an outside company. If you want experience this job is ok for a year, but not long term. All of the leads being given aren’t quality leads at all, they won’t pick up unless you call them 10 times in a row. Sloppy structure and won’t last in the upcoming years.
