Vice President – Sales Executive (Public Sector) in Springfield, VA

Great people at the Senior Management level. The executive management level is lacking the experience and knowledge of Federal Government contracting to make decisions on whether to pursue an opportunity.

While I enjoyed working from home, my systems were down often. Back to back calls at all times, yet still expected to make every break and lunch on time. Some managers were okay, others were awful. Finally got comfortable working here and had a family emergency and had to leave because they would not allow a leave of absence or time off. When I tried to reapply, I was told I was terminated which is an absolute lie. I have everything proving I was not terminated, but they refuse to look into it. This not only ruins my career at TTEC, but also at Bank of America who I worked for while at TTEC and before TTEC. I found them to be very inconsiderate of my time and life, after giving them so much of mine. You are just a number and if you are not meeting their needs 100% of the time, you are not needed.

honestly i am a slacker pay was ok at 17. training and regulations change weekly and you do get written up for not following an update in procedure that has been revised 4 times in 3 days. also they try to help a lot but training sucks and meetings are a waste of time because trainers and mangers will be on different pages. job is good if u get the good shifts were u can sleep and do other task while being payed. plenty of potential for free money if u find the loop whole also be careful n smart wat u do everything is monitored. good job if u a slacker and do the basics nothing more or less.
