I applied through Indeed. After about a week, I received an invite for an interview. It was a group interview with about 15 other people. They ask everyone the same questions, and it seems like once you make it to the interview you basically have the job.

The interview process varies by role and by country. Associate roles - The time from application to hire is fairly quick when there is high demand. In most markets globally, walking through the process is automated up until interview. How you can impact the speed is by watching your email closely and following the instructions. For instance, if you applied directly into TTECjobs.com, you'll complete the application, be sent directly into complete some assessments, then based on those scores will receive an invite to self-schedule yourself for an interview. It may take a bit of extra time or steps if you applied through another source, such as an Indeed quick apply. You'll still be asked to log in to our applicant tracking system. A password would have been autogenerated for you, so your first step would be to select 'forgot password' and change the auto password to something that personally suits you. Our recruitment team will only call you if you have not responded to the emails, this will extend the time. It is recommended that you login to your account to see if you have completed the steps and to check your email. Leadership and/or Corporate roles - This process is more traditional where by applicants/resumes are reviewed manually for fit. Only those that the recruiters see as a match will be contacted for a phone screen. Then depending on the role, there could be multiple interviews with the recruiter, hiring manager or others. Once the position has been filled, all applicants will be notified via email.
