Daily breaks vary in time however they generally sit within the same time range. Lunches are typically 30 minutes to an hour. 2 15 minute or 3 10 minute breaks. There are no shift bids, so a schedule change request is super easy.

So, some of the ABOVE answers are not correct. Your JOB STATUS at TTEC determines if you will receive benefits and PTO (paid time off). JOB STATUS is determined by the client. IF you are hired in with a client that offers fulltime regular positions, then your status will be "FULLTIME REGULAR" and you WILL receive PTO. IF you are hired in with a client that offers fulltime temp positions, then your status will be "FULLTIME TEMPORARY" and you WILL NOT RECEIVE PTO. Depending on the client that one is hired in under determines their status. And, EVERYONE hired in at TTEC receives Wellness Hours (sick days). It doesn't take six months.
