0-1 years you get 7 days vacation called Paid Time off and 3 days of Wellness time. You earn about 2.33 PTO hours every 2 weeks when paid which I like as most companies you have to work the year before you get the hours. You do have to be disciplined not to use it as soon as you get it. Thereafter, it increases in increments so at 1.01-3 years it is 10 days+3 days, 3.01-5 years is 12 days+3 days.

None, you have to earn them by getting PTO, and receiving PTO is so minimal, it can take up to 6 months to receive a full day of pay to use for PTO.
