It was okay.

Training was horrible . Coworkers were great! I liked that We didn’t have to work weekends .Management really sucked. Not enough pay for the amount of rudeness you deal with .

Worked during oandemic

i worked here during the pandemic and the calls were extremely stressful considering everyone was concerned about what was happening with their money. training was long but paid ! equipment was provided.

Work from home

That was about the only benefit, other than that there is low pay and really no useful benefits. If you need a job, they hiring process is super smooth and it is not complicated to get hired.
