Poor upper management, department supervisors are merely puppets, they have no control and get hung out to dry when mistakes inevitably happen. The life blood of TTM is the operator's and they are treated like they are worthless and easily replaceable. No work-life balance, you are expected to work every weekend and no one cares if you can't. Time off is denied because of the mere possibility that they may need you to work the weekend.
