The Work rate is fine, however, when given new tasks or old tasks have not been completed to specification the details are not given in an acceptable time. If products go missing you might not be made aware of it until days later. Very poor communication between hire ups and lower working employees.

First of all I would not work for such a indentured servant shop. If your from a third world country that speaks broken English, willing to bring in a whole pig to eat. Then this is a trash dump for you.

Poor upper management, department supervisors are merely puppets, they have no control and get hung out to dry when mistakes inevitably happen. The life blood of TTM is the operator's and they are treated like they are worthless and easily replaceable. No work-life balance, you are expected to work every weekend and no one cares if you can't. Time off is denied because of the mere possibility that they may need you to work the weekend.
